We ask you to respect the premises as if it were your own home. In the event of breakage, loss or damage, please inform us promptly.
Arrivals & Departures
Arrival: between 4:00 PM (5:00 PM from June to September) and 8:00 PM
Départ : à 10h00
The handover of keys and the verification of the condition of the premises must be carried out at 10:00 on the day of departure.
Accessibility :
The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It has many staircases, and no bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
Terms of payment
Deposit
A security deposit equivalent to 25% of the booking amount will be requested via a secure platform.
The amount is simply pre-authorized on the tenant's card and is not debited.
He will be released at the maximum of 7 days after the end of the stay, provided that no damage or incident is found.
Paiement
The booking is confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
If the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount must be paid in one lump sum.
Tourist tax
A tourist tax of €5.06 per adult per day is added automatically at the time of booking.
Cancellation
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date: Full refund of the total deposit amount.
- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date: No refund, the full deposit amount remains due.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before the arrival date: No refund, the full amount of the stay remains due.
Other comments
☀️ The pool can be heated on request in the off-season for an additional charge.
